This policy applies to every seller on Ladies First International. By submitting a seller application, you agree to the terms below in addition to our general Terms of Service.
To sell on the Site, you must submit valid CNIC details, proof of address, and bank account details for payouts. We verify this information before approving your shop — your submission stays Pending until an admin reviews and approves it. Applications may be Rejected with a reason if information is incomplete, invalid, or doesn't meet our requirements; you may resubmit a corrected application.
We deduct an admin-set commission percentage from each sale before paying you out. Your current commission rate is shown on your Seller Stats/Payouts pages.
Once an order item is confirmed Delivered, it becomes eligible for payout 7 days later — this gives buyers a window to report an issue before funds are released. Payouts are batched and disbursed automatically to your verified bank account through our payout job; you can track pending and completed payouts on My Payouts.
Buyers may request a return or refund for up to 7 days after delivery. If a return request is open on an order item, that item's payout is put on hold — it will not be included in a payout batch until the return request is resolved. This is why an item's payout may arrive later than the standard 7-day mark if a return was filed against it.
Sellers move orders through Processing → Shipped → Out for Delivery one step at a time. Sellers cannot mark an order as Delivered themselves — delivery is confirmed either by the buyer confirming receipt in-app, courier tracking, or an admin, in order to protect the integrity of the payout and return-window clocks for everyone.
If you change your bank account details after being verified, your account is automatically set back to Pending re-verification. Any payouts already sent to your previous account are unaffected, but future payouts pause until an admin reviews and re-approves your new bank details.
We may suspend a seller's shop (hiding it from the storefront and pausing new orders) for policy violations, repeated buyer complaints, an abnormally high return/refund rate, or failed verification checks. A suspended seller's account can still be used to browse and buy as a regular buyer. We aim to communicate the reason for any suspension and a path to resolve it where possible.
Delivery fees charged to buyers at checkout belong to the company, not to sellers — they are collected and retained separately to cover shipping/logistics costs. Your payout is always calculated from the product price of your delivered, non-returned items only; delivery fee is never deducted from, or added to, what you're paid.
Site-wide promo/voucher codes (configured by us, not by you) are a cost the company absorbs to attract buyers — the discount is taken out of our own margin, never out of your payout. You still receive the full product-price share for items sold under a company promo code.
If you create and offer your own shop coupon (from My Coupons), that discount comes out of your own earnings on that sale — that's your choice as the seller running the promotion, and it's reflected in your payout for that order.
